About Me

I was formerly Head of Development with an East Midlands local authority, with responsibility for Development Control, Enforcement, Planning Policy, Conservation, Strategic Housing and Economic Regeneration.

 

Having this experience and knowledge enables me to offer a planning and development service to a range of clients, including developers, private individuals and other professionals.

As a sole practitioner, I am able to provide a speedy and personal service, helping steer clients through the planning system.  I also have access to specialist assistance should it be required, including architectural, highway and structural engineering expertise.
