About Me
I was formerly Head of Development with an East Midlands local authority, with responsibility for Development Control, Enforcement, Planning Policy, Conservation, Strategic Housing and Economic Regeneration.
More recently I have operated as a private consultant providing a planning and development service to a range of clients, including developers, government agencies, private individuals and other professionals.

What I Offer
As a sole practitioner, I am able to provide a speedy and personal service, helping steer clients through the planning system. I also have access to specialist assistance should it be required, including architectural, highway, structural engineering and conservation expertise.
